If you're here, you most likely know me, and my rather torrid history.
My name is Heather.
I'm a single mother to:
My wonderful son Erik who is three and a half.
My precious daughter Emily who is 1.
And my exceptional son Drayden who was born on February 23, 2006.
The man I thought I was going to marry and spend the rest of my life with decided not to be a man after all, and left us all behind.
I'm happy now.
He broke my heart in to a thousand pieces, but I see now that my children and I are better off without him.
We're happy, and healthy, and safe.
And most of all, we know that we have a future ahead of us that is free of emotional pain and suffering.
For all you single moms out there, know this, I respect you and cherish you because being a single mother is the single most difficult job in the world, especially without the support of a decent man.
So congratulations on being amazing, and keep up the great work, I know I will.
It's hard to describe who I am . . . to generalize my complexities . . . *lol* I love rainstorms, I love candles, I love to dance with my kids, I love to shake my ass to techno music while scrubbing my floors, I love to play in the snow and go for walks, I cry at sad movies and sometimes the happy ones too! I love to write, but am shy about sharing my work. I'm not a big drinker, but I enjoy a glass of wine or a vodka now and then. I'm trying to quit smoking, nasty habit that it is. I love my horses, and really enjoy spending time with them. I'm a huge animal lover. I like strawberries, and hate peas. I like creating things with my hands . . . from sewing to baking. I love to meet new people. I love coffee, but rarely get a spare moment to enjoy a hot cup. I think cowboys are sexy, and I love a guy who doesn't mind gettin dirty. I'm happy being single, but should fate chose to slap me in the face, I'm paying attention. *lol*
