To apply for the Soaring Hawk Award and be considered every page submitted must meet the following minimum criteria:
The submitted website must NOT contain any pornography, pornographic advertisements, profanity, drug endorsements, racism or anything unsuitable for children viewers.
The website must be a personal one, no business sites are allowed to participate.
The website must be informative and of a beneficial nature to mankind.
I'm not looking for perfect sites, but rather sites that have a lot of "heart" in them.
