Steve Irwin was suddenly taken from this earth while filming a documentary off the coast of Australia. A stingray's barb pierced his heart while he was swiming close by. He died moments later. My heart goes out to the Irwins. I pray for their strength in this trying time of grief and pain. I am devistated and short for words. Our hero is no longer, but his legend shall remain. His spirit of conservation lives on with the influence he has left on his family, co-workers, and those who experienced the animals of this world through Steve's documented adventures.
