To those in my Envrionmental Science Class, completing this scavenger hunt can earn you extra credit in class.

3. Glass soda bottle (1 pt)
4. Ticket from riding public transportation (4 pts)
5. Pictures of five mammals native to your state (3 pts)
6. Recycled plastic product(2 pts)
7. Picture of your state's flower (1 pt)
8. Picture of your state's bird (1 pt)
9. Diagram explaining composting(2 pts)
10. Packet of wild flower seeds(2 pts)
11. Diagram of a water-conserving shower head(4 pts)
12. Product that is biodegradable(3 pts)
13. Product that comes in a reusable conatiner(3 pts)
14. Newspaper or magazine article from the past 6 months about conservation(2 pts)
15. List all of the hazardous chemicals and wastes in your home(2 pts)
16. List of three ways you personally can save water(1 pt)
17. List of five ways that you can save energy(1 pt)
18. Collect newspaper and bring them to class for recycleing(5 pts)
19. Locate a recycleing center in your area and find out where they take their recycled cans(10 pts)
20. Create a conservation poster that encourages people to be active in conservation efforts (4 pts)

Note: You must earn at least 50 points to get full credit on this project (partial credit will be given)
