Rascal the Rat and Lulu's Web Page  Isn't he handsome?     This picture was taken on one of Rascal's last days of being an Okie.         Once moving to Texas, Rascal learned how much fun toys can be.     Poor Lulu, lost one of her eyes when a cat scratched it.     But being a one-eyed Peke hasn't slowed her down a bit.
