Welcome to the pilates and dance area. Pilates is a form of excercise invented by Joeseph Pilate that focuses on the abds which are called the power house and works on lengthening muscles and exact positioning with balance. Every excecise invloves keeping the abs tight and the neck extended like gymnastics it requires extreme focus and will improve your flexibility and positioning on all the apparatus. This will be suplemented by basic ballet and some jazz perhaps latter on. Have fun, breathe and focus!

Tuck Rolls
Leg Extensions Sitting Up (hold arch extend one leg then the other and then both)
Straddle Rolls (hold arches roll back and then up keeping abs tight)
