I recently lost 60 pounds (made my goal weight August 27, 2006) and through the process, I got a lot of questions about how I did it and what my secrets were. It's been interesting for me to talk with people about this because I know how hard a struggle the weight loss war is. Even after losing 60 pounds and making my weight goal, it's still a struggle for me, although it has gotten easier than it was in the beginning.
I started this site as a way to answer questions for those interested in how I lost the weight.
