Here at Harbor-UCLA, we treat many patients with scleroderma-associated PAH, as well as other related "connective tissue" disorders. Results have shown that patients can benefit from Flolan, Remodulin, and Tracleer, in spite of their underlying disorder. This means that patients with certain forms of secondary PAH can be treated in the same fashion as PPH patients.
