Theresa's PT 51 Project

Hello, I am participating in an innovative program at College of the Siskiyous called Process Technology. Students choose their own computer projects and work at their own level. The project can be anything they want to learn. This website is my project for that class. I have chosen to learn the rudimentary basics of the Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) and to demonstate that skill by designing my own web site.   My colleague, Carolyn Brown, and I are learning HTML together. She has authentic letters written during the Civil War on her site. We both plan on having oodles of fun.

I began with a tutorial on HTML from the Peter Rouget Middle School in Brooklyn. It was designed for kids--but it's just perfect for us older folks who still have a lot to learn. Then, I ran across an absolutely awesome tutorial covering frames, forms, tables and basic HTML. Of course there is always Web Monkey.
