Nasci na Ilha da Madeira em 1970 e lá vivi até aos 18 anos. Depois fui para Lisboa em 1988 onde tirei, no Instituto Superior Técnico um curso de Engenharia Electrotécnica e de Computadores no ramo de Telecomunicações e Electrónica.

Desde 1996 trabalho na Portugal Telecom onde faço projectos de infra-estruturas de telecomunicações.

Gosto de falar sobre tecnologia de ponta e tenho um fraquinho por ficção Científica.

Além de navegar na INTERNET (não sou um navegador compulsivo…) gosto de passear nas serras da nossa linda ilha e de ir nadar no Oceano Atlântico.

 I was born in Madeira Island in 1970 and lived there until I became 18.I went to Lisbon (the capital of Portugal) in 1988 and pursued a college degree in Electonical and Telecommunications Engineering at the Superior Technical Institute of Lisbon..

Since 1996 I work at Portugal Telecom where I work at the planning and maintenance of the copper and Optical fiber local access networks.

I like to talk about future technologies and I have a fall for SCI-FI

Besides surfing the NET (I am not nuts about it…) I like to hike our beautiful island and to swim in the Atlantic Ocean.
