Dad would love to have 40 acres where the deer and the antelope roam,

but math has enabled him to at least esoterically have a home on the range.

In mathematics, the domain of a function S= {(1,4),(3,8),(5,2)} is the set

of first coordinates, ie. {1,3,5}. The range is the set of second coordinates.
