Who am I?
I am a Canadian, born in 1948, who obtained a degree:
- in Engineering (Quebec - Canada),
- in Business Administration (MBA - Paris),
- in Spanish language (Malaga - Spain)
- in Economics (Ph. D. - London School of Economics and Political Science).
I have twenty four years of experience:
- in policies and programs formulation,
- in project design and management,
- in strategic development planning in industrialized and in developing countries
- in science and technology policies and management at international, regional and national levels
I have lived:
- thirty three years in North America
- five years in Europe
- eleven years in Africa
- two years in Latin America
- one year in Asia
I have visited:
- One hundred and twenty three (123) countries
I am presently working for:
- The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) as a Scientific Affairs Officer
