You can get a programmer at these places Here
Then Get a few Files called Winexplorer 3.6 - Viyada 1.6
You can get these files Here and Here
Then come to the irc channel on-  irc.sat-tech.net /port 6667
If you do not have Mirc IRC S/W then download a copy Here.
Then go to the DSS/Tech Channel in Mirc, Port Settings are Here
And get ready to watch the best TV in the World.
