MICROWAVE POWER EQUIPMENT, INC.  designs and manufactures solid state, broadband RF Power Amplifiers and amplifier systems for government and commercial applications.

      PA SERIES The PA Series of Class A Linear Power Amplifiers offer a wide range of bandwidths             from 1 MHz to 1 GHz with up to 100 watts of RF output power.                          

        PAS SERIES  The PAS Series of Class AB Linear Power Amplifiers are all solid state providing              rated output to 1 KW and above over multi-octive bandwidths.   All units are load VSWR protected to              provide continuous operation at reduced output level into any load VSWR.  Connectorized module              construction coupled with Built-In-Test functions provides for maximum maintainability and minimum              downtime.   

TECHNICAL DATA  As per your requirement, MPE is pleased to provide a detailed electrical specification data sheet for any of our standard models.   We also provide the same technical support for any individual requirement you may have.   

TOTAL SYSTEM CAPABILITY  In addition to the standard products in the PA and PAS series, MPE also provides a strong and diversified engineering emphasis toward developing demanding RF systems for individual custom requirements.
