Arrival time is Saturday after 4:00pm, and departure is by 10:00am Saturday. Our cleaning crew works between 10 and 4 to make sure the house is spotless! The keys can be picked up at the Coldwell Banker office located in the Office Depot shopping center at mile marker 52.
For your convenience we have supplied cable tv, a phone (for local or credit card calls), and a membership at the cabana club down the road (heated pool, beach, hot tub, bar).
We ask that during your stay you use the water conservatively. Water in the Keys is some of the most expensive in the nation, being piped all the way from Miami. This makes it a very precious commodity down here!
Beach towels are provided if you decide to go down to the Cabana Club, or to Sombrero Beach, which is one of the nice public beaches.
Due to the limited parking at the house (2 spots in front), boat trailers will not fit in front. Trailers can be parked in the 8th Street parking lot, which is located at the end of 8th street behind the tennis courts. You'll see a bunch of trailers parked there already. Parking permits can be obtained at the City Hall.
A gas grill is provided (so you can grill up the big catch of the day!) If you run out of propane, have the tank refilled at a local gas company and give the receipt to the rental agent for reimbursement.
