Planet Sweep, Inc. ("Planet Sweep" or "the Company") is a corporation formed under the laws of the State of Nevada with its principal place of business located at 570 Lexington Avenue, 45th Floor, New York, NY 10022.

The Company will primarily generate revenue through licensing of its technologies (i.e. Web Console, Cyclone™, and Anti-boot™) to Internet Service Providers and established Search Engines (i.e. AOL, MSN, Yahoo, Alta Vista, and Google). Additionally, the Company will generate significant revenues from video and audio download fees, merchandising, advertising and sponsorships. The Company's content and technology is easily adaptable to many foreign languages, making it highly desirable to the growing number of international ISPs.

By October 2000 Planet Sweep will have a worldwide content distribution network through its ISP relationships. The Company will continue to develop its fully interactive web console utilizing our automated search engine technology (patent pending). We will endeavor to broadly license our technologies including deployment of our secure digital audio encryption technology in the fourth quarter of 2000.
