ABOUT ME

I was born in Bristol, Connecticut and lived there till I was 11. I then moved with my family to Florida. I went to high school at Flagler Palm Coast High School and graduated in the Class of 1996.
I am currently attending Florida State University. I graduated in Spring 2002 with Bachelor Degrees in Civil Engineering, Geology, and Social Science (with emphasis on Geography and Planning). I just completed work on my Masters Degree in Civil Engineering, and I am currently working towards my MBA (Masters in Business Administration). Yet, I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up.

I stay pretty busy these days between school, work, and church. I currently work at the Florida Geological Survey where I help with beach replenishment research and manage GIS data for the Coastal Research Group.
I also am involved with many extracurricular activities. I am involved in many activities at FSU including the FSU Bowling Team, the American Society of Civil Engineers, the FSU Geological Society, Society of Physics Students, Campus Scouts, National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and Circle K (No, not the convenience store!) which I am Past District Secretary of.
I have many creative hobbies which include bowling, playing/listening to music, wheel throwing, and knitting.  I also have a love of the out-of-doors. One thing I miss the most about New England is the mountains and all the amazing foliage.
