The Great Pacific Northwest is an incredible place to live! Yes, we do get lots of rain, but hey.......without the rain we'd have no green! And we like green around here.

Green trees, green grass, green leaves. ....etc.... we really love it. Except maybe when that beautiful grass needs to be mowed...sigh!

I thought you might enjoy learning a bit more about our area. The Pacific Northwest is so wonderfully diverse. Within a few hours in any direction we can be skiing in the Cascades, swimming and fishing in any number of beautiful fresh water lakes, snorkeling in the Pacific Ocean, hiking on Mt Baker, digging fossils on the coast, playing on the sand dunes in Eastern Washington, hunting, diving, boating, clam digging, camping, or just drinking Seattle's Best Coffee almost everywhere.....and hey, within 45 minutes of our home you can be in a foreign country... British Columbia, Canada. With it's old world English charm and castles even!! Yup....it's all here.

Ok, so we don't get a ton of snow like some family and friends and we don't get the prolonged sunny months like others and we occasionally do get a bit of rain...but it is incredibly beautiful and peaceful here and we are sort of attached to where we live!
