IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION: Last Parking Warning

The Podium has had some current issues with residents or guests parking in other resident's spaces or in the office parking. I would like to make clear to all residents that the entire Podium garage is assigned spaces. There are many signs stating that spaces are assigned. The office visitor parking may be used only after office hours or if you are in The Podium office. If any vehicle is parked in the office visitor parking during office hours or if a vehicle is in a residents assigned space the vehicle will be towed at the owner of the vehicle expense. The Podium will not issue any more warnings. Please have your guest's park in the lower garage that is shared with Microsoft. If you need parking permit for your vehicle please contact The Podium office at 408-252-4008. Thank you in advance for your cooperation with these issues
