Welcome to the Academy
I hope to make this site a great resource for all levels of technicians. I will have information here ranging from the most basic to the advanced. Submissions, questions, comments or criticism are most welcome.
The Academy is broken up into 5 sections.The Primer: Here you will find basic information to get you started on the road to being a Tech Jedi. These pages will consist of basic troubleshooting, basic tools, descriptions of basic terms, resources and system devices. These will be the base skill set upon which to build. How-To: In this section you will find instructions on how to do many of the basic day to day jobs that a Tech Jedi will face. Windows: Information about Microsoft Windows operating systems. Includes both NT and Windows 95. I will include Windows 98 information when it comes out. There will also be some information related to Windows based applications and hardware. Apple: Apple Macintosh operating systems and hardware information. Etceteras: Anything that doesn't quite fit the other sections.
