1) I can't be held responsible for any viruses (they shouldn't though I've checked all of them first)
2) If they don't work on your computer, then sorry.
3) Emulator and roms are supposed to be more or less used as a demo so you are supposed to have deleted them within 24 hours. But if you own the cartridge you can keep it for as long as you want.
