By the way, I finally rented Eyes Wide Shut. Poor Kubrick, what a way to go. Did he really think that jaded men skulking around in robes while naked women serviced them was erotic? Yech. At least Kidman plays an excellent drunk (and was just as enticing as your typical drunk in that scene.) The only problem is that I can't figure out if Cruise is a brilliant at playing a shallow husband, or if he's just really that shallow. Oh well.
