I think I need a 12-step program for the Easily Pleased. My wife rented "The General's Daughter" on DVD, which probably has the most contrived plot in history and I was still more or less entertained. I thought the James Woods character was OK. Please take any recommendations I proffer from now on with a drachma of sea salt. Perhaps its because of the crescendo of implausibility that I hung around, like the anecdote: frog jumps out of boiling water, but will boil to death in warm water that you heat it.
