I went to see Dracula 2000 with my main squeeze. It's not exactly a date movie, but it doesn't blow big time either.
THe first half is better than the second. Once Drac offs Christopher Plummer the movie goes downhill and there's not near enough steamy neck-biting sex to live up to the promos. Not that much gore for Wes Craven or the horror genre either. I'd say it's worth watching or at least renting though.
The obligatory humorous dialogue is really tacked on and sporadic. Decently supenseful though the explanation of Dracie's origin makes you cringe.
