A quick word of praise for A Hard Day's Night.
The Beatles' A Hard Day's Night is being rereleased today in selected cities around the country. Believe it or not, this is not only an excellent movie, but one of the most influential films of the early 1960s. A Hard Day's Night features innovations in cinematography and editing, and is still an influence on movies made today, from the ridiculous (Spiceworld) to the sublime (Trainspotting). I recommend this film to everyone, even non-Beatle fans, but if you are a Beatle fan this movie is Heaven.
A Hard Day's Night is suitable for children 5 years and up. Kids love the Beatles.
