Reviews Space Cowboys and Ms. Congeniality are unwatchable. The films would have worked better if James Garner was cast as the undercover beauty queen and Sandra Bullock was made up to look 70 so she could play an old, cranky (but har har funny) astronaut. Grades: F and F.
