Flawless: Fascinating, fun and surprisingly even picture about a simplistic ex-NY cop (Deniro) living in the same apartment building as a drag queen (Phillip Seymour Hoffman). Deniro has a stroke, needs the drag queen's assistance as a voice coach so he can learn to talk again, two fish, different waters, yadda, yadda, yadda . . but through the skills of Hoffman and Deniro, it works real well. Grade: B+.
