I'm sure it has been chewed, so a few notes.
- Anne Heche sucks. She is really quite awful.
- Hoffman was very, very good, as was Woody Harrelson's criminal
and demented soldier.
- Blessedly short, the film is the har har har of the Hollywood
set as it takes the easy approach: we are all dumb yokels, easily
manipulable by the media and politicians. This, from folks who
hire issue advisers so they can testify on apples attacked by
Alar or fur-lined mittens. Still, arrogance aside, some good
yucks.
