Return

Brought the kids to see Stuart Little yesterday. Nice little movie - the animation was great, and it "meshed" perfectly with the real. The voice-overs were all outstanding - especially Michael J. Fox as Stuart. I was more impressed with his voice work here than I have been with any of his acting roles.

Gena Davis and (don't know his name) as the parents were just perfect.

All through the movie, I had a strange feeling I'd heard the story before...don't remember whether I ever read Stuart Little. Then, about 3/4 of the way through (right after Stuart is kidnapped from his adoptive home by a couple of shady mice posing as his "real" parents) my daughter says, "Hey - this is just like Annie!.

And she was right.

I highly recommend it for kids up to about age 10.
