I saw Something About Mary last night, and I thought it was a
howler! Most of the jokes and gags you could see coming a mile
away, but it was still funny!
The closing credits, when everyone in most every scene sings the
same rock song (the name of which will come to me in a minute)
were definitely worth sitting through.
Some funny moments:
Ben Stiller in braces and prom get-up (taupe and tan, complete
with ruffled shirt)
The hitch hiker with the body-sized bag and his "7 minute
abs"
The palpably enraged detective
Waking up in jail
Ben Stiller's speech about Brett Fay-Vruhh
The pizza boy picking up his keys
Matt Dillon's capped teeth!
The ever-worsening case of hives
The ubiquitous musicians
It was a stitch! But then, I did find Dumb and Dumber and King
Pin funny, as well. (Couldn't get enough of those flapping hair
pieces!)
