Ok- well i had the pleasure of watching "The Generals Daughter" withthe duckman last night. First, let me start by saying that he had no hesitations watching the movie- he immediately started laughing with in the first 5 minutes of the flick. (is this a humerous movie- no, but the underlying tones are quite comical and the banter between Travolta and,well, everyone is great!)
He summed it up fairly well, the movie is a smooth ride from start to finish, keeping u interested and guessing throughout. It seems as if the movie would focus on the "rape" but it is much more than that- exploring the victims mind and everyone else who was involved. Very disturbing in parts- u really love to hate the "bad guys" in this film.
WEll, take a look- definatley worth the rental cost!.
U will notice that my reviews will be short, sweet, and very "real". To me a movie is mere "eye candy"- some do it better than others!
