saw What Lies Beneath a week ago. i think ChrisO covered it very well, and i don't wanna repeat unnecessarily. the movie trailer didn't give away everything but still felt there was precious little i didn't see coming because of it.
the two stars were very good, as they should be at this stage of their career. what can one say beyond that? totally believable and professional. the rest of the cast was fine in a don't-really-get-in-the-way sorta way.
one thing bugged me, however. i felt the movie could've shaved off some time with the obvious red-herring it throws in. anyone who has seen it knows what i talking about. when it turns out that the original origin of the ghost was indeed wrong, then the movie gets started. not a large complaint, but still there.
anyway, definitely a little thrill to be had here and there. definitely worthy of seeing. hell, even worth the full price of admission - and i don't saw that too often.
