ACS provides
opportunities for students to assume leadership roles, be involved in community
services, and participate in the formal decision making process of the
school. Students will automatically belong to their organizations as well,
including the Ecology Club, the Arabic Club, and the Spanish Club. The
National Honor Society, and the National Junior Honor Society are available
for those who qualify and are selected to become members. Students may
'run' for an elected position on the Student Council, the Class council,
or one of the other clubs mentioned. For further information about the
