MY PROFILE ...

Hello, my name is Dave and I was born in Nova Scotia, Canada, some many years ago, the exact number of years I am trying to forget and with age it is getting easier by the year.

The above picture is a harbor view from the Dartmouth side of the Halifax Harbor (a year round port) looking towards Halifax the capital city of Nova Scotia. I am proud to live here and call it my home.. Halifax was founded as a city in 1842 and is rich in culture, museums and history. I am married and enjoy the company of my two teenage children.. at least some of the time . My son is very interested in Music, playing guitar, base and drums.. a very talented musican playing currently in several bands. My daughter enjoys art and sketching while my wife is heavy into cooking and overfeeding me.

I enjoy and have worked many years with computers and, like the dog who is man's best friend, so is my computer to me. I live for the net.. yearning for cyber space.. going where no man has gone before or is that Star Trek...... anyway, I guess you get the point that I may be addicted here.. but it is so much fun and I have met so many great people here.. and so many more I have not yet....

I love music. If you can tap your feet, clap your hands, or sing to the words, then it is my kind of music.... I am positive by nature and like to find humor in the worst and best of things. I believe a smile and a good laugh can go a long way to improving your health and peace of mind..
