SCA Photo Album

I'm on the left, dancing with Robertta, at the Cutlasses and Corsairs event (Feb 2003).
Here I am again with Rose and other people, eating feast.
Rose and I at War Collage (where I was authorized to fight heavy weapons!)
A bunch of fighters listening to King Martin at the war collage.
Rose and Dimitri, who is from the shire of Sangre del Sol, down south.
Friends at the Arts/Science faire in Clearwater, which is near Tampa in Florda. 2002.
This time I got in the picture too!
Mike and Lisa looking medieval at the Arts/Science faire.
Here I am wearing armor that took me about 5 hours to make (excpet for the shield, which I borrowed for the photo!) Behold the fine use of duct tape to keep the armor on! Later on the tape was replaced with leather straps, but sing duct tape gives you an excellent idea of where the straps should go.
After making the armor, I next had to make the helmet, and here it is! Hans, standing next to me, is another new fighter. As you can see, there is nothing better than duct tape to keep armor on. It ain't pretty, but it works!
Here is Cole's in another fine set of loaner armor. She has her own stuff now, and it looks great! In the background, it looks like Sir Geoffrey, Thorsten and Christina are having a chat. The fighter practices are held at Rhodes park, in Melbourne, FL.
You just can't get enough of Cole! Here she is again.
Yup! There she is again, wearing her very own armor. (Check out those greaves!) Aethlewolf and I are in the background.
Kamber (the hammer) making me apreciate sturdy armor. (2 seconds later he pounded my helmet down a few times!)
Sir Geoffrey and Aethlewolf fighting with great weapons.
My miniature trebuchet. One of these days I'm going to build a much bigger one to use at Gulf Wars.
The trebuchet and it's bulder (that's me!)
It works! To find out more about trabuchets, check out Ripcord's website.
