(All you ever wanted to know about my '88 Tbird and it's kind.)

That's me and my 1988 Thunderbird Turbo Coupe just before homecomming 2000. I got the car about a year ago from an auto auction and have loved it since. It was a bargain to begin with, so the work I had done has so far only brought it up to the list price, but it is in the shop as I write this...

The car is great to drive - it's like driving a comfy old recliner around, but with a 2.3L turbocharger and a sound system. She handles well and she'll throw you into your seat when the turbo kicks in. Also, being a four cylendar underneath, she gets great gas milage (~35 mpg - when driving sanely).

Here's a few interesting links:

Ever since I got my car, I would occasionally hear from someone that I had cut them off in traffic or that some weirdo was driving my car around. I thought it was nothing... That is, until I stumbled across my EVIL TWIN!!!

Once I was giving a friend a ride home and about three driveways over was my doppelganger... It's weird, our cars looks exactly the same...

So remember, if someone in a '88 Tbird TC cuts you off or tail-gates, or honks a lot, or hits your car... it's not me and you shouldn't get mad at me (or press charges).

thank you
