Which Company Would YOU prefer to work with?

Apparently more "traditional" ads, which give at least a little useful information & list a number of jobs and technologies, have seen a decrease in effectiveness? So S3 have changed advertising strategies.

Wouldn't the decrease in response to ads not just be a reflection of the lack of availability of engineering people?

I dunno really, I'm just a bit uncomfortable with the fact that buzz and faff pull in more CVs than do boring old job descriptions.
