"The Gurley Family"

Timmy and Jeanne had 5 children; Chrissy,Alicia,Tommy,Betty and Annie.
We alway went camping, fishing and horseback riding. We moved to Tehachapi in
1976. When my dad was building our farm house he built the Barn first.
Before the house was done we move in there and we had to take cold shower
till the propane man delieved or tank,BRRRR!!! that was some cold water. We had 2
cows, a Horse, and alot of chickens. This one Roaster use to bite us so my dad took
a shovel to it and thru it into the trash can. About 10 mins later that Roaster got out
of the trash can and started to crow. There was one Goose, 2 pigs and 3goats.
We had the best place there was.We could go anywhere there were no houses
around us for miles. There was this hill we use to ride our bikes down, man we went fast.
My sister, Alicia, fell off her bike because her wheel came off ,(I laught)
just like my dad. I think when we all think back Tommy on the "Green Machine"
he rode the wheels of the big Wheel. hehehe!! My Dad was taking a nap after working all day,
Alicia was in one of moods I am going to get Dad with a raw egg,
she did oh and she ran as fast as you could.
He told her if you do it again I am going to rub your face in betsy cow pies,
well she didn't listen to him and she did it and boy I do I wish I has a Camera.
Would of been a site to see on here . hehehe!!! After awhile we moved to another house were there was 3 house in a roll. We lived on one side and my Grandparents and aunt and uncle lived in another. our barn was up the hill so when the snow fell we hand mountains all over to go sleding . MY Dad and Mom was called Dad and Mom by everyone of our friends. We are arealy attached to these to friend of My brother's, Their names are Joe and Ronnie. Joe took my sister Betty to the Prom, she was so pretty in that dress. they looked good together. But you know the saying can't date your brother. We love those guys just like they were one of us.
