This is the Homepage for TurbPov, a minor modification of POVray that allows you to move the centre of turbulence in halo objects so you can animate them.

The syntax is very simple

turb_place

The above will place the turbulence at x,y,z instead of <0,0,0> (the normal place for halo turbulence). A normal usage might be

turb_place<0,0,1*clock> to make the turbulence appear to flow along the Z axis, simulating a flame or cloud.
