They all are single file, stand-alone utilities without needing any external files like DLLs/OCXes etc.,

D5Hidden 0.55 4 KB This is a utility for enabling the Hidden features of Delphi 5 [Useful for Delphi developers only]
The main link is the source code of the utility that can be instantly compiled with Delphi. There is a request that you use the source and also update the same if you know any other hidden features of D5
If you don't want to bother with the source!?, then here is the 144 KB EXE

Icon2Bmp 1.02 135 KB Converts Icons into Bmp files for using as glyphs on buttons and toolbars or for further manipulations! This also can extract icons from windows executables. (A separate version that silently works through Command Line is available below:)

Icon2Bmp_CL 1.00 43 KB Command Line version of the Icon2Bmp is for using from other programs like scripts etc., The first parameter is the source file (.ico or .exe) and the second parameter (optional) is the target file name.
This utility works silently, without showing even an error message!
This can be quickly tested by just dragging an icon and dropping on the "Icon2Bmp_CL.exe" file in the explorer!

Bmp2icon 1.01 134 KB Converts bitmaps of any size into icons. For better results, use the bitmaps of 32x32 with 16 colors.

VJClock 1.00 141 KB A world clock simultaneously showing the local times of three different (but fixed) time zones with several options like Alarms etc!
Daylight saving was not done.
