 Win 3.11 Upgrade
upgrade Windows 3.1 to 3.11 for better networking
This file upgrades Win 3.1 to Win 3.11. Windows 3.11 has some good networking stuff, so if you are using a network, get this update. If you aren't using a network, I wouldn't bother with this upgrade as it has little to offer outside of networking improvements.
