All the Time

a neat little clock with a great look

If you're looking for a neat little clock, All the Time is for you. It's a small sized clock that sits on top of everything else.

All the time as I have it configured

The little pictures of the moon and tree change with the phases of the moon, time of day and seasons of the year. Clicking on little icons of the moon tells you the moon phases and clicking on the tree tells you sunrise and sunset times. Clicking on the date brings up a calendar. My favorite feature: Every hour the clock chimes like an old grandfather clock, and tolls the hour. Besides its charm, it's very useful to note the passage of time. We all know how easy it is to forget about how much time we've been on the computer.

All The Time is highly configurable: you can add or get rid of lots of stuff. Especially important, you can pick the font you want so no matter what size monitor or video mode you have, the time will easy to read. Here are some additional features:
*stopwatch

*system resources monitor that warns you when system resources are low (although there isn't a sound or alert box, just a little light on the clock. It might not do you as much good as one with such a warning, like Monitor.

*printer status monitor, and clicking on a little printer icon brings up the print manager.

* a task list, (a list of programs running, that you can click on to switch to a program).

You'll notice I haven't mentioned an alarm-- that's because there isn't one-- regretably. But if you don't need one All The Time is a great little clock.
