Ministry of Buttons

add a configurable toolbar to your applications

Ministry of Buttons, 53K

Ministry of Buttons is an easily installed device driver that allows you to create individualized toolbars for your programs and utilities. Each toolbar consists of buttons you put on it that are shortcuts for menu commands. If it's on a menu, it can be added to the toolbar. Adding, deleting, and moving buttons is easy and clear instructions are provided. There are over 300 button icons to chose from; unfortunately, you can't design your own icons.

Ministry of Buttons is incompatible with some programs, but the conflict seems to be with programs that have toolbars themselves (so you don't really need it anyway). Ministry of Buttons usually detects these types of applications automatically and disables its own toolbar. In any case, you can easily hide or show the toolbar in any application, and the driver can be configured to always ignore specified applications. Ministry of Buttons does not conflict in any way with MouseKey, despite using right clicking for configuring the toolbar.

The ability to put a toolbar in any application is frankly amazing and very useful. I didn't think such a program could be made, but it has. Get Ministry of Buttons.
