	Pricing is made simple with the examples below. This is the same standard I use when giving an in person estimate. No need to figure Sq.footage! It won't matter. Small 2-3 bedroom Apartment     50.00 Large 2-3 bedroom Apartment      75.00 *includes 1-1 1/2 baths Small house 2-3 bedroom, 1-2 full baths  80.00 Larger house 3-4 bedrooms, 2 1/2-3 baths  100.00 For each additional room add  10.00 For each additional bathroom add 15.00 Told you it would be easy, now lets check some special jobs. Garages (uncluttered)   10.00 per hour Attics (uncluttered)         10.00 per hour Garages (cluttered, need garbage disposal, organization)  15.00 per hour, plus .35 cents per mile if trash need to be carried away Attics (cluttered, need garbage disposal, organization)  15.00 per hour, plus .35 cents per mile for transport to recycle, dump or thrift store. Construction Clean-ups   9.00 per hour per person ***Speaking of "per person", most jobs I do alone to help with cost, however in larger homes, garages, attics and construction clean ups there may be a need to have more than one person. In those cases the second or third person is paid an hourly rate of 9.00 per hour. You are responsible for this charge. Be sure to factor that cost if you have a really big job or a job that will require more than one person. *** Also note that any help I use, I have done a complete background check on. ****
		Other Services: These services are a flat rate and should be easy to caculate!! .35 cents per mile from your home to the errand and return (round trip) Plus cost of the errand itself. Grocery Shopping     15.00 Dry Cleaning pick-up/drop off     5.00 Paying Bills in person    5.00 Delivering forgotten lunches, briefcases, books, paperwork, etc.   5.00 Ironing: a typical load of shirts, starched and ironed    20.00 Laundry Services (in home) (wash, dry, fold)    5.00 per load
