OBJECTIVE: I want to develop Operational,Operating manuals,Repair manuals,Troubleshooting guides,Test procedures, Production Method procedures, Manufacturing Procedures, Process and Development specifications procedures, Parts catalogs and Users manuals for software users in NEXT, NT,Microsoft platforms.

* My responsibility was to prepare a Maintenance Manual on a Wastewater Treatment System. My initial responsibility was to created an outline and it was approved. This manual required photo graphs, Flow chart, Safety procedures,preventive maintenance procedures. I had to review engineering drawings, develop test procedures interview the project engineering and become knowledgable of the various chemical treatments of the wastewater system. Using Microsoft Word 98, Visio, Corel Photo Paint, and Coral Draw to develop the manual.

* Responsibility included preparing the user operator's manual for the Capital Market and Trading industry. Reviewed system specifications, used newly created software to prepare the operating procedures for Commodity/Market maintenance, Headline, Trade Search, User Maintenance, Tax Maintenance,and many others.

* Prepared Software and Programming manuals for the F-15 Fighter on the Stealth Radar Guidance System.

* Prepared Hardware instructions on the IBM OS/2 Token Ring and Ethernet.

* Prepared Owner/Operator manual on Directional Boring Equipment designed for slant drilling used by utility companies for installing piping, cabling, underground.

* Prepared Operation and Organizational Maintenance and Repair procedures on the 2.5 and 5 ton vehicles. Prepared documents on axles, differentials, for Intermediate and Depot level manuals. Conducted validation in accordance to contract requirements. Developed Technical Illustration/Graphics for the different documents.

* Prepared on-line documentation help for software using RoboHelp.

* Prepared Operators Maintenance guide with Illustrated Parts Breakdown (IPB) on the Day/Night Range Sight System (DNRS). The System was designed to observe enemy Troop movements at Night(Night Vision Equipment).

* Prepared Operators/Maintenance,Troubleshooting guides,and Repair procedures on the Patriot Missile System.

* Prepared Operator/Maintenance,Troubleshooting and Repair manuals on a Ball and Cup machine (BACAM) a Pick and Place Robot which was designed to assemble golf balls.

* Researched and prepared Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) on the TROPO Electronic Counter Measures(ECM)Simulator used to simulate an electronic Warfare/Jamming environment. Waveforms was used to create Figures, and Cross Reference Matrix and Data Sheets was used to guide the user on how to use the equipment. Each procedure was prepared in a step-by-step format. The ATP required 31 procedures.

* Responsibility was to prepare Operating and Installation instructions on the 4100 Fire Alarm System using "C" language software. The operating system was UNIX. The System was designed to monitor the peripheral devices such as Pull Stations, Water Flow Detection,Smoke Detectors and Fire alarms. The system also notifying city services when a fire occurred. Prepared instructions on how to set up jumpers for individual printed circuit cards. All on-line documentation was accomplished using RoboHelp.

* Prepared test procedures for Bank Security and Fire Alarm system using waveforms as part of the test procedures. Prepared a document entitled Environmental Test Standards in accordance with underwriter laboratories (UL) and Institute of Electrical Engineering (IEEE), test consisted of lighting transient,direct electrostatic discharge,dust,rain,vibration and others.
