Work Experience.

April 2000 - to Date: MOBILINK GSM.

Working presently in the Intelligent Networks & Value Added Services (IN & VAS) as an Executive Engineer. Mobilink is the only GSM operator in Pakistan and the only provider to have to incorporate Intelligent Networks.

Major Assignments on the Job Include:

	Service Creation & Customization (Includes new Providers, Tariff Structures, Package Plan, SSD Parameterization, Flexible Service Logic Installation using Project files & software / package installation. co- ordination with Billing / Marketing Dept. is also included in the responsibilities.
	Service and User Management handling. User / Object rights for proper implementation and working of IN Service.
	Mass Data Interface (MDI) handling. (New subscriber provisioning using UNIX scripts, Statistical file handling & transfer using FTAM & FTAC protocols. this also includes liaison with MIS Dept. for statistical data.
	Analyses of all types of tickets for traffic report analysis.
	UNIX Platform Administration.

	Worked at an Internet Service Provider (Pakistan Online) Lahore gaining hands on experience of LINUX Operating System, Servers and Routers.
