ArBPM is a Beats per Minute counter. This means it can measure the rate of anything you want, like music tempo, heartbeats or typing speed. It's a very small window that you can set on top of other windows. By hitting any key on the keyboard it measure the rate, showing the results in BPM, Hertz (Beats per Seconds), Beats per Hour or mean time interval (in Seconds).
It's distributed as freeware, so you can spread it if you keep the original pack.
This program have no guarantee, so if it screws something that's not my fault :) Though I think it's very stable and accurate.
