All skins must be under the 'skins' subdir under the folder you have installed ArBPM in.
For example, if you installed ArBPM in C:\Program Files\ArBPM, and want to install the skin Lixo,
you have to extract the contents of lixo.zip that you downloaded from here in C:\Program Files\ArBPM\skins\Lixo
To learn how to make your own skin, read the skin.ini from the default folder.
