As you may know my country of birth is India. I have lived in the North and South of India. I have worked in Bangalore the capital of Karnataka state and the Silicon Valley of India. My home town in India is Chennai or Madras as it was know a couple of years back. My star sign is Aries. I am a strict vegetarian and believe it to be the best. I speak Tamil, Hindi and English and can understand a bit of other northern dialects. I am presently in the US working for an Indian Software company for the past 5 years. Life is not the same as it was when I first came to the US on work. Also after living here, I feel its not all that rosy picture as we see from India, as people here have to work hard and take on multiple jobs to survive and earn a living. With the jobs going offshore, life is definetely getting tough in the US. However I am sure with the economy picking up and with the United States being the leader of the world economy, some good will also come from all this outsourcing. With the outsourcing catching on, people of Indian origin seem to be finding India a much better place to go back to. I have seen the same during my recent visit to India in 2004 Jan. I would like to return to India. Let us see.
