TextureEnhance Examples

These examples have been rendered using the single default light.

These examples show a few effects that can be achieved by adjusting the Layer colors, sharpness, luminosity, and diffuse.

Notice the detail that has emerged from the areas of shadow (with no lights added).

This example shows how you can create a soft velvet effect.

It is also possible to create the effect of a dusty surface because dust is more visible when you look at it from an angle. So as the viewing angle increases you can make the color change to brown, gain diffuse, lose luminosity, lose reflectivity, lose specularity and lose transparency, AND GAINING A TEXTURE.

The bug caused all the Layer settings (except Color) to always have a hard edge regardless of the Sharpness setting, now they will all respond correctly.

TextureEnhance is an LScript plugin for Lightwave Layout and needs LScript Version 1.3
